28” cooling water pipe system installation at Mir Steel, Newport

Project Description

28” cooling water pipe system installation with new manifolds and bracketry for the whole length of the steelworks. L&J removed the old corroded pipework and manufactured the new pipework. L&J fitted the new pipework to the building using new support brackets and fixings manufactured in house.

L&J completed the job by removing and replacing the main header pipework manifold and manufacturing a new one from pattern. L&J supervisors carried out a detailed Risk & Method statement and supervised the job during its progress to ensure the Health & Safety of its employees.
